Policies

  • Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or change your appointment.

    • A 50% deposit is needed to book and is non-refundable. It will be applied to your service.

    • No-shows/same-day cancellations = 100% charge

    • Outright Cancelling (rather than rescheduling) with less than 48 hours notice = Forfeit of Deposit

    • Cancellations made the same day—whether full or part of a service—will still be charged for the full time reserved. To avoid this, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

    • If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the new appointment must be booked within 2 weeks of the original date. Your deposit will transfer one time only—any additional reschedules will require a new deposit.

  • There is a 10 minute grace period for all clients

    • After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, depending on timing.

    • If lateness requires us to shorten or drop part of your service, you’ll still be responsible for the full time you reserved on my schedule.

    • If you are more than 15 minutes late and I can no longer accommodate you, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation. A full cancellation fee will apply.

    • Clients with repeated tardiness may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
