Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or change your appointment.
A 50% deposit is needed to book and is non-refundable. It will be applied to your service.
No-shows/same-day cancellations = 100% charge
Outright Cancelling (rather than rescheduling) with less than 48 hours notice = Forfeit of Deposit
Cancellations made the same day—whether full or part of a service—will still be charged for the full time reserved. To avoid this, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the new appointment must be booked within 2 weeks of the original date. Your deposit will transfer one time only—any additional reschedules will require a new deposit.

There is a 10 minute grace period for all clients
After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, depending on timing.
If lateness requires us to shorten or drop part of your service, you’ll still be responsible for the full time you reserved on my schedule.
If you are more than 15 minutes late and I can no longer accommodate you, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation. A full cancellation fee will apply.
Clients with repeated tardiness may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
