Salon Policies

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book and goes toward your service

    • No-shows/same-day cancellations = 100% charge

    • Cancelling under 48 hours = Forfeit of deposit

    • If you remove part of your service day-of, you’ll still be charged for the full time booked

    • Last-minute reschedules (less than 48 hours’ notice) must be within 2 weeks of the original appointment. Deposit rolls over once only. Any further reschedules will require a new deposit.

  • There is a 10 minute grace period for all clients

    • After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, depending on timing.

    • If you're 15+ minutes late, your appointment is subject to cancellation and will be treated as a last-minute cancellation (full cancellation fee will be applied)

    • Repeated tardiness will result in being required to prepay in full for future bookings
